Healthia strives for excellence in the delivery of clinical care for our clients and their local communities. We foster a culture of continuous improvement to help ensure we are providing high quality, evidence-informed clinical care and support for all.
We are committed to providing diverse, relevant and accessible continuing professional development opportunities that cater for the different interests of our clinicians and business support team across the different stages of their careers.
Our tailored programs and special interest groups provide more experienced clinicians structured professional development opportunities and a way of connecting with like-minded people within the organisation. We run whole group fortnightly webinars that involve presentations from renowned researchers and clinicians and deliver a range of practical workshops for our staff.
Contributing to the direction of our professional development pathways are the committed members of our Professional Development Committee and our Clinical Advisory Committees.
Clinical Leadership Program
10 Month Program
This program is designed for those with at least 3-5 years’ experience and involve monthly small group mentoring sessions facilitated by both internal and external experts and specialist clinicians as well as biannual face-to-face workshops.

Industry Conference
2 Day Professional Development Event
The Healthia conference brings our clinical and administrative staff together for a 2-day conference that involves internationally recognised keynote speakers and pre- and post-conference workshops. Our clinic partners also attend a biennial Business Leadership professional development weekend.
Recent Graduate Program
This program is designed to facilitate a smooth transition into private practice and then further develop and refine both practical and clinical reasoning skills.
